Introducing the Vadlamudi Lab
We are a collaborative research group in the Department of Pharmaceutical Outcomes and Policy at the University of Florida. Our group focuses on generating real-world evidence to improve infectious disease prevention, cardiovascular health and medication-related outcomes. We have several intersecting areas of expertise, including claims-based research, respiratory infections, cardiovascular epidemiology and predictive modeling. We are particularly interested in understanding the risks and economic burden associated with respiratory infections, as well as identifying strategies to improve patient outcomes and inform health care decision-making. Our group consists of faculty, pharmacists, clinicians, graduate students and research staff with strong methodological and clinical expertise.
